Return policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unworn and unused. Your receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start your return, please contact us at chefduds@gmail.com. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and return authorization form. Please note any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Errors or damages
Unfortunately, mistakes sometimes happen, but we always make it right. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your order when you receive it. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out so we can assess the issue and get it resolved. You can send a picture of error or damaged item(s) to chefduds@gmail.com. Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to report any problems with their order.

Order Processing Time
Our typical order processing times:
- In-Stock Items: Generally, ship within 2-5 business days.
- Special Order Items: These may take 5-10 business days to process, as they need to be ordered from our suppliers.

Shipping & Delivery Information
We ship orders via UPS unless priority mail is requested. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Please call us if you need to expedited shipping on your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you can find the tracking number at the bottom of your emailed invoice to monitor its progress.
Shipping prices may vary based on the shipping method, destination and order size.
